The Week 13 college football recap focuses on a week with plenty of news which includes draft updates from two notable college programs. We recap a busy day for the PFN Live Blog with our five biggest takeaways.

Another week of college football is in the books that include notable news as it pertains to the 2020 NFL Draft. In the Week 13 college football recap, multiple prospects are considering a return to school, while others seem destined for the spotlights on Sunday.

Iowa prospects may both be returning to school

We’ll begin our Week 13 recap with some very interesting news from our Tony Pauline in the 2:10 PM update that a pair of top draft prospects from Iowa may both be returning to school.

“Sources close to the program tell me they still believe Tristan Wirfs will return to school after the season, despite being graded as a top half of round one prospect. I’m told the situation is similar for A.J. Epenesa- the feeling around the program is Epenesa will be back in 2020.   While this may change, Iowa has done a good job of retaining highly rated underclassmen in the past; sometimes to the detriment of the player (think Desmond King).”

This is certainly an interesting development to watch. Both Wirfs and Epenesa have been ranked by many in the media among the best in their respective positions.
