Who Is Luka Dončić’s Fiancée Anamaria Goltes? All About the Lakers Star’s Family and Kids

Luka Dončić and fiancée Anamaria Goltes met as kids and have stayed together since. Now they’re raising a daughter and building a life in Los Angeles.

Luka Dončić and Anamaria Goltes have been through it all—teenage romance, long-distance years, and now parenthood. While Dončić is making headlines on the court, Anamaria’s been quietly building a career in modeling and fashion.

Who Is Anamaria Goltes, Luka Dončić’s Fiancée

Dončić’s fiancée, Anamaria Goltes, is a Slovenian model, influencer, and entrepreneur. She was born on April 30, 1998. She graduated from the University of Ljubljana, the oldest and largest university in Slovenia, and attended the school of economics and business there.

Goltes started modeling in 2017 and became a brand ambassador for Lisca Lingerie. She then signed a deal with Immortal Models Management and got to appear in campaigns for the Slovenian jeweler Zlatarna Celje. In October 2021, Goltes launched a fashion brand, and in 2020, she also stated her interest in designing fitness clothing. However, there has been no update on this since then.

The couple first met when they were 12 and have been together ever since. In 2018, she uploaded a post on Instagram with photos of them dancing together. The post was captioned: “People have best friend, boyfriend, true love. I’m lucky they are all the same person. 🍀”

The couple got engaged on July 7, 2023, in Lake Bled in Slovenia, a significant date because of Dončić’s jersey number, 77. They are parents to a daughter, Gabriela, born in December 2023.

Goltes has stated that when she moved from her home country to the USA, she had difficulty adapting to the new place. However, a year later, she said on Instagram, “Dallas is a lot like Europe. I love Dallas. It reminds me of home.”

Apart from their daughter, the Dončić family also includes three dogs: Hugo, a Pomeranian; Gia, a White Swiss Shepherd; and Viki, a large breed dog.

In an Instagram story Q&A session in 2022, she discussed the positive side of lockdown and said, ”I love that I get to spend some time with Luka, Hugo, and Gia in quarantine. We don’t get to spend that many days together because we are always working on our individual things. So being able to spend time together feels very good.”

Goltes is one of the biggest supporters of Dončić and regularly attends his games and wears his No. 77 jersey. She recently posted a photo from a Lakers game in which she was cheering the team on with her daughter.

Dončić signed a $165 million extension for the Lakers earlier in 2025. Since then, he has been balling out for the 17-time NBA champs and looks to be one of the contenders for the MVP award as well.

Lakers vs. Mavericks Game Preview

Los Angeles is playing its best basketball of the season, going 8–2 over its last 10 contests and covering the spread in seven of those games. During that stretch, Lakers games have averaged just over 231 combined points, thanks to a top‑15 offense that puts up 118.3 points per night while still holding opponents to 114.8.

They have already gone over the posted total in every home game this season and have been particularly dominant when crossing the 115‑point threshold, posting a 12–0 record both straight up and against the spread when they do.

The engine of that surge is Dončić, who has turned the Lakers’ attack into one of the league’s most potent units. He averages 35.2 points, 9.2 assists, and 8.8 rebounds per game and is coming off a 43‑point, 13‑rebound, nine‑assist performance in a 135–118 dismantling of the Clippers, his sixth 40‑plus outing of the young season.

Around him, Austin Reaves has blossomed into a bona fide co‑star at 27.9 points per game, while Ayton, Hachimura, and a deep supporting cast supply efficient finishing, rebounding, and floor spacing that leave defenses picking their poison.

Dallas is in a far different place, with two straight losses and a broader 3–7 slide over its last 10 games, even while going a respectable 5–5 against the spread over that span. The Mavericks average just 109.5 points per game, the second‑fewest in the league, a figure that falls more than eight points shy of Los Angeles’ output and sits 5.3 points below the Lakers’ defensive average. When Dallas does manage to push past 114.8 points, it looks more competitive, going 3–1 overall in those rare outbursts, but consistent shot creation has been a glaring problem.

The roster composition explains much of the strain. Flagg has been thrown into a primary scoring role, posting 15.9 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game on solid efficiency, a promising line that nonetheless underscores how much responsibility he carries at this stage.
