WATCH: Stephen Curry, Wife Ayesha Enjoy Romantic Offseason Getaway in Napa Valley

After navigating a playoff-ending hamstring strain, Stephen Curry and wife Ayesha escape to Napa Valley to enjoy BottleRock 2025.

A ripple of excitement pulsed through the warm Napa Valley air just as the sun dipped below the horizon. On May 24 (ET), festivalgoers sensed something electric, a presence beyond the amplified riffs of Benson Boone, Justin Timberlake, Green Day, or Ice Cube.

Then came the flash of cameras and the soft murmur of recognition: Stephen Curry, arm wrapped around his wife, Ayesha, weaving through the crowd toward Benson Boone’s stage.

Onlookers shared a post capturing the moment, the couple bathed in golden stage lights, eyes fixed on the pop newcomer’s signature backflip and chart-topping anthem.

Stephen Curry and Ayesha Spotted Enjoying at Napa Valleys’ BottleRock 2025

For the Currys, this was more than a last-minute celebrity cameo—it was the crescendo of a weekend-long retreat through their own personal Napa narrative.

At the heart of this sanctuary lies Domaine Curry, the boutique winery co-founded by Ayesha Curry and her sister-in-law, Sydel Curry-Lee.

Since its inception in 2015, the label has championed bold red blends and crisp whites, a tribute to “Proverbs 31 values” and the women who inspired them. It was later acquired by The Prisoner Wine Company in 2023.

Yet, this idyllic escape follows a rare and painful interruption in Curry’s season. On May 6, during Game 1 of the Western Conference semifinals against the Minnesota Timberwolves, Curry surged toward the basket, sunk a smooth floater, then immediately grabbed at the back of his left thigh.

He signaled for the trainer, finished the possession, and exited amid hushed uncertainty. An MRI confirmed a Grade 1 hamstring strain the next day, sidelining Golden State’s two-time MVP for at least a week—an absence that cast a pall over the Warriors’ postseason hopes.

As the Warriors opted for patience over haste, Curry’s rehabilitation became a masterclass in discipline. Ice baths, daily physiotherapy, and calibrated shooting drills under the team’s medical staff charted his path back to form.

By mid-May, the team announced Curry was cleared for light on-court workouts—”making good progress,” according to ESPN—though a full return would hinge on how his hamstring responded to each incremental test.

Meanwhile, Ayesha orchestrated moments of joy and normalcy far from the Chase Center. Then came Sunday morning’s BottleRock main stage, where Benson Boone ignited the crowd on day two of the 12th edition of the music festival. Cameras pivoted to the Currys at the front row, grooving to the music.

Last year, the Warriors’ general attended BottleRock 2024 to promote his bourbon brand, Gentleman’s Cut. The promotional party was joined by Hollywood star Bradley Cooper, who also brought cheesesteaks to the joint.

Curry Claims His Spot on the All-NBA Second Team

At 37 years old and in his 16th NBA season, Curry defied the expectations often placed on veteran guards. In the 2024-2025 NBA season, he averaged 24.5 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 6.0 assists per game.

Alongside shooting a stellar 44.8% from the field and 39.7% from beyond the arc on a league-high 11.2 attempts per contest.

Yet, when he was named the 2024-25 Kia All-NBA Second Team, it was more than just another laurel in Curry’s storied legacy. The significance of his 11th selection cannot be overstated. By joining Michael Jordan in the exclusive “11 All-NBA” club, Curry stands as one of only 21 players in NBA history to reach this milestone.
