Who Are Jeremiah Fears’ Siblings? Get To Know the 2025 NBA Draft Prospect’s Brothers

With an invite to the draft green room, Jeremiah Fears will likely be present with his loved ones, who have stood right beside him.

As the NBA Draft is less than a week away, participants of the draft combine will be hoping their name gets called out on June 26 after weeks of anticipation. For Jeremiah Fears, however, that won’t be a problem as the Oklahoma Sooners guard is projected to be a top ten pick in the draft.

While Fears does not turn 19 until October, his performances for the Sooners prove he has just enough to make a name for himself in the NBA. And with the player still enjoying room to grow, both physically and in basketball terms, there is a lot of upside to this prospect.

Having received an invite to the draft green room by the NBA, Fears will likely be present with his loved ones, who have not just supported him in his journey but have stood right beside him. And as he dons an NBA snapback, the ones clapping the loudest will be his brothers, who have competed with as well as alongside him on this journey.

Who Are Jeremiah Fears’ Siblings?

The Fears family has deep roots in basketball. Jeremy Fears Sr., Jeremiah’s father, played Division I basketball at Ohio and Bradley University before a six-season professional career in Europe.

Jeremiah’s older brother, Jeremy Fears Jr., is currently Michigan State’s starting point guard and ranked second in the Big Ten for assist percentage. While Jeremiah and Jeremy both attended Joliet West High School, where they formed a formidable backcourt, the youngest brother, Jamarri Fears, went another way. Jamarri is a point guard at Romeoville High School in Illinois and is a promising prospect in the class of 2027.

“My dad has been a big influence as someone that played and knows the game,” Jeremiah Fears said. “My older brother also, we played together at Joliet West High School. He was always the pass-first point guard who did whatever his team needed, while I was the scorer alongside him. He’s my biggest critic and number one supporter and has helped me a lot with my decision-making and leadership skills.”

Even after the brothers made the jump to NCAA basketball, they continued to help each other grow and ensured their brother never walked alone. “Me and Jeremiah, we talk almost every day,” Jeremy said. “Just, whether about practice, he watches every game I play, I watch every game he plays. And I try to give him points and tips, and he gives me points and tips, but at the end of the day, it’s great seeing him and excited that they got in.”

With Jeremiah still being young, he would appreciate the support of his family in navigating the jump to the highest level. Lucky for him, he has a family full of hoopers to get his mind right. And as the name Jeremiah Fears gets called out on draft night, it won’t just be Jeremiah’s success; it will be the success of the entire Fears family.
