Who Are Jalen Williams’ Siblings? Get To Know the Thunder Star’s Family During 2025 NBA Finals

Jalen Williams continues to silence his doubters with his performances. We now explore his siblings, who support him through tough times.

If Shai Gilgeous-Alexander doesn’t get you, Jalen Williams certainly will. That’s the current state of the Oklahoma City Thunder. They have all the tools to win their first NBA title this season, and Williams plays a crucial role as a solid two-way player on the ball.

SGA alone can’t bring the championship to the city of Oklahoma, and Williams’ performances this season have often gone unnoticed because of his point guard’s dominance. Thus, with all said about Williams’ display on the court, let’s look at his support system, especially his siblings.

All About Jalen Williams’ Siblings

While many siblings can’t stand each other, Williams has a brother and a sister who supported him through his journey – Cody Williams and Jasmin Williams. Cody plays for the Utah Jazz. Like Jalen, Cody picked up basketball at a young age.

Jalen arrived in 2022, and the Thunder selected him in the first round as the 12th overall pick. Similarly, the Jazz selected Cody in the first round as the 10th overall pick.

Cody averaged 4.6 points and 2.3 rebounds in his rookie season, but looking at J-Dub’s trajectory, his career is just starting, and there’s nothing to worry about. Cody and Jalen competed against each other when they were young, enabling them to develop their basketball skills.

According to Sports Illustrated, Jalen said, “He was the better athlete growing up, even though we’re that many years apart. It sucks — he grew faster, he didn’t have an awkward period, like he just got more athletic. He got it all. He was faster than me at every point, stronger, bigger. So he’s probably the better athlete at every age.”

Moreover, the two brothers competed during the regular season when the Jazz played OKC at the Delta Center. The Thunder won the contest 130-107, and Jalen ended the game with 18 points while Cody managed three. Looking to gain more experience, Cody plays in the G-League with the Jazz’s affiliate, the Salt Lake City Stars, to improve his game.

Jalen’s elder sister, Jasmin, appeared by his side during the 2022 Draft and supported the OKC forward. According to her LinkedIn profile, she is a manager nurse extern at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. She graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Master of Science in Nursing in 2018.

As these three spent time together when they were young and supported each other through good and bad times, expect plenty more from them as the brothers grow in the NBA.
