‘Win Dale Jr.’s Ride’ was initially started in 2011 to raise funds for The Dale Jr. Foundation. Like a lottery system, people can buy a ticket for a shot at winning a vehicle from Earnhardt’s private car collection.
In its inaugural year, the raffle raised almost $144,000, and the winner took home a 2011 Camaro SS. Over the years, the foundation has raised several million dollars and given away various cars from Corvettes to Silverados.
This year’s contest, which ran from March 3 to May 31, featured a new 2025 Chevy Tahoe High Country 4WD loaded with drinks, snacks, and more.
Tickets were priced at $25, with the proceeds going to the foundation’s various charitable initiatives.
A Record-Breaking Feat by Dale Jr. Foundation
A few days after the contest window closed, Earnhardt’s foundation posted on X on June 2 to share some exciting news about their record-setting fundraiser.
With the aforementioned gray Chevy Tahoe in the center, the post announced a record $505,000 in donations for this year’s contest.

The post also revealed that the winner of the contest would be announced on June 13 through the foundation’s social media accounts. The announcement post has over 25,000 views on X as of June 3 and has gained several positive responses from fans.
This is just the latest successful fundraiser by The Dale Jr. Foundation, which, according to its website, has raised more than $11 million. The foundation has contributed to over 300 national and local charities, including Make-A-Wish, Blessings in a Backpack, and FeedNC.
Besides this, The Dale Jr. Foundation frequently hosts online auctions and organizes monthly donation drives to raise money for various groups and causes throughout the year.
