Monday Night Football tonight finishes off a surprising Week 10 with an NFC East showdown. With the playoff picture slowly coming into focus, this pivotal matchup could be an early deciding factor as to who comes out of this surprisingly tight division. Who is playing, what time does the game start, and how can you watch it?

Washington Commanders (4-5) at Philadelphia Eagles (8-0)

Monday Night Football tonight showcases two teams in very different places. The Washington Commanders will travel to Pennsylvania to take on the undefeated Philadelphia Eagles for the second time this season.
In their first outing back in Week 3, the Eagles handily defeated the Commanders 24-8. However, this is a new Washington team with a new quarterback under center in Taylor Heinicke. Can the risk-taking, all-or-nothing gunslinger do enough to shock the unstoppable juggernaut that is this Eagles team?
Heinicke has taken over for Carson Wentz in Washington’s last three games. During that time, he has won two matchups against somewhat formidable opponents and nearly knocked off the NFC North-leading Minnesota Vikings.
If it wasn’t for a late field goal and a terrible interception, Heinicke and the Commanders could have been coming off a win over a team that just beat the Super Bowl-favorite Buffalo Bills.

Speaking of interceptions, that is really where the trouble lies with Heinicke. Although he has invigorated a team and fan base that was looking to turn the page on the 2022 season after an awful start, Heinicke has struggled with mistakes in key moments. After the loss to the Vikings, head coach Ron Rivera made it pretty clear that he was going to put an emphasis on limiting the kind of mistakes Heinicke is prone to making.
“We had some opportunities, we didn’t take advantage of the opportunities. Enough mistakes to go around for everybody.” Rivera said during his postgame interview.
The Commanders will need to hope Rivera cleaned up some mistakes this past week because they are now going to be facing a defense that leads the league in turnovers with 18.
When it comes to the Eagles, there is not a whole lot to say. They are clearly a tier above nearly everyone else in the league. Their defense is terrifying and Jalen Hurts has this offense rolling.
PFN’s Lead NFL Analyst Dalton Miller broke down why this Eagles team is not only at the top of our NFL power rankings, but why they deserve to be in the same tier as the Chiefs and Bills.
“In a season where we’ve seen teams consistently come up short against ‘lesser’ opponents, the Eagles continue to handle their business like professionals.
“Their quarterback is much improved, even from a season ago. Jalen Hurts has better weapons this season, a fantastic offensive coordinator working to his strengths, and an offensive line that consistently bullies opposing defensive fronts.
“Howie Roseman worked hard to build the Eagles’ defense. Darius Slay and James Bradberry have been fantastic, and C.J. Gardner-Johnson has as many interceptions in his eight games with the Eagles as he had in his career in New Orleans.”
