Only three games remain before the men’s basketball NCAA Tournament champion is crowned, and four teams are still in the hunt for the March Madness title.
The action now heads to Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, where the Final Four games and the championship game will be played.
When Is the 2026 NCAA Tournament Final Four?
There are no men’s March Madness games scheduled for Wednesday evening, as the Final Four does not start until Saturday.
The NCAA Tournament championship game will take place next Monday, April 6. Here’s a look at the rest of the March Madness schedule:
Saturday
- No. 3 Illinois vs. No. 2 UConn | 6:09 p.m. ET | TBS/truTV
- No. 1 Arizona vs. No. 1 Michigan | 8:49 p.m. ET | TBS/truTV
Monday
- 2026 NCAA Tournament championship game | 8:50 p.m. ET | TBS/truTV
The first Final Four matchup pits the Huskies against the Fighting Illini. One of the most successful teams in March Madness since the turn of the century, UConn will be looking to win its seventh NCAA Tournament title. On the other hand, Illinois has never won the NCAA Tournament and will make its first Final Four appearance since 2005.
The Huskies go into the Final Four after a thrilling last-second win over Duke on the back of Braylon Mullins’ incredible 3-pointer from the logo. Illinois has cruised into the Final Four, inspired by strong all-around performances from guard Keaton Wagler and forward David Mirković.
Two top seeds will collide in the other Final Four game, as the star-studded Wildcats face the dominant Wolverines. Both teams have 35+ wins this season, and this matchup could well go down to the wire.
Yaxel Lendeborg will look to carry Michigan on his back once again, as he has done time and again this season. The senior forward is averaging 15.2 points and 7 rebounds per game, and has hit the 20-point mark in each of Michigan’s last three games. For Arizona, top-scorer Brayden Burries and forward Koa Peat have been leading the charge. With point guard Jaden Bradley also hitting his stride, the Wildcats do not have too many weaknesses.

Unfortunately, there aren’t any women’s March Madness games tonight either, as the Final Four doesn’t get underway until Friday evening.
Here is the upcoming women’s March Madness schedule:
