Jerod Mayo made headlines after being appointed the head coach of the New England Patriots during the 2024 offseason. The announcement came after Bill Belichick and the franchise decided to part ways after 24 long, prosperous years. Mayo was the youngest head coach in the NFL at 37 until the Seattle Seahawks hired Mike Macdonald, who is 36. Let’s explore the background of the former Patriots linebacker and learn about his better half.
