Dallas Cowboys star Jake Ferguson and his girlfriend Haley Cavinder are another one of the “it” NFL couples who never miss an opportunity to give fans major couple goals.
The couple has been open about their relationship and often posts heartwarming pictures with one another on their respective social media accounts. Most recently, the star tight end took to Instagram to express his love for Cavinder on the social occasion of their first anniversary.
The post consisted of four images from their life together. The first one was from the field, where Ferguson was seemingly leaning in for a kiss. The next snap captured the Cowboys’ star hugging his girlfriend, followed by a similar one in front of the sunset.
However, the last picture caught fans’ attention, where Ferguson pasted his face on a dragon while Cavender’s face was in place of the rider. The meme was inspired by the show “House of Dragons.”
Ferguson wrote, “A year with my shorty! Life with you is so much better. I would headbutt anyone but you.”

While the love birds never fail to show each other off on Instagram and support each other in various endeavors, it’s not all rainbows and sunshine.
In January 2024, Cavinder shared her thoughts on facing constant backlash and comments on her appearance because she’s dating the NFL star:
“I’m a confident girl, but when people are saying stuff about you — if you have a boyfriend and someone is talking about you online with your boyfriend, like, coming at your features — I’m like, ‘This is new, and obviously Jake is a great guy, but you don’t want to be called ugly on the internet 24/7, and your boyfriend sees it.”
Who Is Haley Cavinder?
Haley is Hannah Cavinder’s twin sister. The duo has a massive following of 328k fans on their joint Instagram account. They endorse many brands, including Under Armour and GATSBY Chocolate.
The sisters also own a couple of businesses, including an app called Twogether, a fitness app that helps people reach their fitness goals with special diet plans and workout routines provided by the Cavinder twins.
The other venture is Hustle Beauty, which produces makeup products appropriate for athletes’ skin and conditions.
The power duo together wants to change the beauty game, as they understand the problem personally due to their background in sports.
Both Haley and Hanna are currently committed to the Miami Hurricanes. They started their collegiate basketball journey in 2020 with Fresno State and transferred to Miami in 2022.
