The Kansas City Chiefs are set to gear up against Jim Harbaugh’s Los Angeles Chargers for a thrilling showdown in Week 5. However, like before every game the Chiefs play, fans have one big question: Will Travis Kelce’s lady luck be there?
The star couple are known to be one of each other’s biggest supporters, from Kelce attending Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour shows to the global popstar marking her attendance to cheer on the Chiefs.
So far this year, Swift has made it to two out of three Chiefs games in the 2024 NFL season. She attended the first two matches that took place at Arrowhead Stadium but missed Kansas City’s 22-17 win over the Atlanta Falcons in Week 3.
Will Taylor Swift Attend the Chiefs’ Game Against the Chargers on Sunday?
Update 09/29/2024: With the game being on the road in Los Angeles, there was already a smaller chance that Swift would be present. With the game currently underway, Swift has not been seen or shown on the broadcast. Looks like Travis Kelce will go another week without the support of Swift in the building!
Swift rocked an all-denim look paired with thigh-high maroon boots in Week 1, followed by a long red Chiefs-themed dress shirt in Week 2. She couldn’t make it to the Week 3 matchup due to some scheduled time with her friends like Gigi Hadid and others.
An insider told the US Sun: “Going to the game in Atlanta wasn’t possible because she had scheduled time with some friends, like Gigi Hadid, whom she spent time with on the weekend, and other friends that she hasn’t seen in a while.”

The insider continued, “She wanted to hang out with them before returning to the tour soon. But she plans to return to the next game to support Travis. They also talked on the phone before and after the game.”
Swift needed the girl time as she had just finished performing the European portion of her Eras Tour in London while Kelce finished his preseason festivities. While we don’t know anything about her personal plans for this week, her work schedule is clear at the moment, with her next performance coming Oct. 18 in Miami.

The global popstar is not new to the iconic SoFi Stadium, where the Chiefs will be playing this Sunday. She sold a total of six shows there this year and even recorded a movie of her concert.
Swift will be performing in the country until mid-November and then travel to Toronto, where she will finally end her year-long show.
The Canadian leg of her tour will consist of nine shows, the last one being on Dec. 8 in Vancouver. If the Chiefs make it there, she will have a chance to attend the Super Bowl.
