The Top Kickers To Start in Week 4

Evan McPherson, Cincinnati Bengals (at CAR)

It looked like the Bengals’ offense got back on track last week. Although they’ve fallen to 0-3, it wasn’t the offense’s fault. They scored 33 points against the Commanders.

The Bengals aren’t going to score touchdowns every drive, even against a weak opponent like the Panthers. Last week, Evan McPherson attempted three field goals. It was his second consecutive game with multiple field goal attempts.

Although they are on the road, the Bengals are favored and this game does not project to have any weather issues. McPherson is reminding everyone he’s one of the top kickers in the game and is a great option in Week 4.

Blake Grupe, New Orleans Saints (at ATL)

Blake Grupe is more readily available than the top kickers. While three weeks is an admittedly small sample size, the data we have suggests a great matchup here. No team has allowed more fantasy points to kickers than the Falcons. Grupe has attempted multiple field goals in two of his three games so far.

The Falcons play in a dome and this is expected to be a highly competitive divisional showdown. Both teams should score. Not every score is going to be a touchdown.

You may prefer to work alone. But this week, consider participating in a Grupe project.
