The 98th edition of the longest-running CFB all-star game is upon us. What is Shrine Bowl start time, and what TV channel is the event on?

The 2023 East-West Shrine Bowl will see the West Team coached by the New England Patriots and led by QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson take on an East Team quarterbacked by Aidan O’Connell and coached by the Atlanta Falcons. What is the start time of the Shrine Bowl, and what TV channel is the game on? We’ve got all the information on the 98th Shrine Bowl.

2023 East-West Shrine Bowl Start Time and Location

    • Start Time: 8:30 p.m. ET
    • Location: Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas, NV

The 2023 East-West Shrine Bowl takes place on Thursday, Feb. 2, 2023, with a start time of 8:30 p.m. ET.

The 98th edition of the longest-running college football all-star game will be held at Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders and UNLV college football program. The Shrine Bowl start time is 5:30 p.m. PT for those attending in person or watching on the west coast.

The 2023 East-West Shrine Bowl will be held in Las Vegas for just the second time in event history. Last year’s inaugural event saw just over 14,500 fans witness a fourth-quarter comeback fall short as the East Team lost by a point to the West Team, 25-24.

However, the Shrine Bowl has a storied history with the west coast. Prior to a relationship with Florida that lasted for over 10 years — and a brief detour to the South — the longest-running college football all-star event has its roots in the California area since the first edition held in 1925.

    TV and Streaming Options

    • TV Channel: NFL Network
    • Live Stream: NFL Network App, nfl.com, fuboTV

The 2023 East-West Shrine Bowl will once again air on NFL Network. With a Shrine Bowl start time of 8:30 p.m. ET, it puts the game into primetime territory. For some prospects, this will be their first opportunity to play in a primetime game in front of a nationally televised audience.

If you can’t be in front of the television for the 98th edition of the longest-running college football all-star game, you can live stream the Shrine Bowl on the NFL Network App, nfl.com, and on fuboTV.

In addition to enjoying the East-West Shrine Bowl game itself on NFL Network and various streaming options, Pro Football Network will bring you additional programming during the week of the Shrine Bowl, including a live show led by NFL Draft and College Football Director Cam Mellor.
