Should You Start or Sit Dak Prescott in Week 6?
From PFN Analyst Kyle Soppe
Prescott has only one finish inside the top 10 at the position this season, but he’s got a good chance to double that number on Sunday against a defense that has allowed 74% of yards gained against them come through the air (third highest).
I can’t talk you off of questionable vibes, mainly because “vibes” isn’t a category that I have any interest in attempting to quantify. CeeDee Lamb pretty clearly isn’t thrilled with his QB these days – he must not roster him in fantasy.
Dallas blew out Cleveland in Week 1 and that carried some game script issues that are unlikely to be an issue this week. If you extend Prescott’s next four games over an entire season, he’s finishing with 5,292 yards and 30 touchdowns.
If you’re trying to overthink this, don’t. A rested Lions team came off their bye last season only to allow Justin Herbert to gash them for 323 yards and four scores through the air. Rico Dowdle seems destined to give this offense some semblance of balance and that stands to increase Prescott’s quality of pass more than it would hurt his quantity.
Dak Prescott’s Fantasy Points Projection in Week 6
Prescott is projected to score 17.7 fantasy points in Week 6. This includes 231.5 passing yards, 1.9 passing touchdowns, and 0.7 interceptions. It also includes 3 rushing attempts for 11.4 yards and 0.1 touchdowns.
