A Look at Novak Djokovic’s Coaching Team at Wimbledon
Djokovic started the 2025 season with rival Andy Murray as his coach. The two stuck together for a few months before parting ways during the clay-court season, after a string of disappointing results for the Serb.
Djokovic’s current coaching staff is led by Dušan Vemić, who previously worked with him, and Boris Bošnjaković, who has been working with him since 2023. Vemić is a former player who had a very modest career. He never won a Grand Slam singles match and only reached a couple of doubles semifinals. The Croatian-born Serb has previously worked with doubles legends Bob and Mike Bryan, and Brandon Nakashima.
Boris Bošnjaković is also a former tennis professional, who had a career-best singles ranking of 740. As a coach, the 51-year-old previously worked at the Novak Tennis Center before joining Djokovic’s team in 2023. He is currently the 38-year-old’s assistant coach and performance data analyst.
Djokovic’s team also comprises of hitting partner Carlos Gomez Herrera, Claudio Zimaglia, who is his physiotherapist, and Dalibor Širola. Zimaglia and Širola have both worked with Jannik Sinner previously.
