Grigor Dimitrov’s girlfriend, Eiza Gonzalez, will make her appearance at the 2025 Wimbledon Championships as his partner. Ahead of the Grand Slam, the actress embraced the Wimbledon tradition of enjoying the iconic strawberries and cream.
Dimitrov and Gonzalez were first seen together in April during the 2025 Madrid Open. They officially confirmed their relationship last month when Gonzalez wished the Bulgarian on his birthday on social media.

Dimitrov was scheduled to begin his grass court season at the 2025 Queen’s Club Championships but withdrew from the tournament due to an injury. This marked his fifth season withdrawal, following his exits from the Brisbane International, the Australian Open, the Dubai Tennis Championships, and the French Open.
After withdrawing from the Queen’s Club Championships, Dimitrov and Gonzalez traveled to London for the 2025 Wimbledon Championships. The London Major will take place from Jun. 30 to Jul. 13 at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in Wimbledon, London.
Before beginning his campaign at the grass-court Grand Slam, Dimitrov’s girlfriend Gonzalez took to social media to reveal that she is enjoying her time there. She shared a picture of herself indulging in strawberries and cream and a photo of herself and the former World No. 3, wearing matching rings, one sapphire and one emerald.
On the other hand, Dimitrov shared a video of his practice sessions and a picture of himself spending time with Gonzalez and their dog.

Dimitrov’s best result at the Wimbledon Championships came in 2014 when he reached the semifinals. He was seeded 14th at the tournament and defeated Ryan Harrison, Luke Saville, Alexandr Dolgopolov, Leonardo Mayer, and Andy Murray before falling to the eventual champion, Novak Djokovic, in the final four.

Leading up to the grass-court Grand Slam, Nishioka participated in the 2025 Halle Open, where he lost to Yannick Hanfmann in the first qualifying round with a scoreline of 6-4, 6-1.
Dimitrov and Nishioka have met three times on the ATP Tour, with the Bulgarian emerging victorious in each encounter. Their most recent clash took place in the second round of the 2024 Italian Open, where Dimitrov secured a 7-5, 6-4 win.
The winner of the first-round match between Dimitrov and Nishioka in Wimbledon will advance to face either Corentin Moutet or Francisco Comesaña in the second round.
