Raiders WR Depth Chart: Who’s in the Wide Receiver Room After Las Vegas Drafts Jack Bech in Second Round?

The Las Vegas Raiders continue their run of overhauling their skill-position groups by drafting wide receiver Jack Bech in the second round.

The Las Vegas Raiders are in the middle of overhauling the skill-position groups. They took a big step in that direction by signing quarterback Geno Smith and took another one on Night 1 of the 2025 NFL Draft by drafting all-world running back Ashton Jeanty out of Boise State. On Night 2, Las Vegas took another step, drafting TCU WR Jack Bech in the second round.

How Does the Raiders’ Wide Receiver Corps Look?

Bech clocks in at 6’1″ and 214 pounds, with a 34.5-inch vertical, 19 reps on the bench press, and a 4.6 40-yard dash. He has the ability to work on the outside or in the slot and led TCU with 62 receptions, 1,034 receiving yards (16.7 YPC), and nine touchdowns, finishing the season earning second-team All-Big 12.

Bech didn’t make it into PFSN’s top 10 WRs in the 2025 draft, but he still grades out as a potential WR2. PFSN has him ranked 77th out of the top 100 prospects, so he could objectively be called a reach at No. 58 overall.

Bech does have good size, body control, toughness, though, and has great strength to go along with sudden hands. He’ll have to work on breaking past press coverage and creating space, but he could grow into a solid WR2.

Bech joins a Raiders receiving corps in flux. Davante Adams was traded to the New York Jets last year, making Jakobi Meyers the de facto WR1. The former undrafted receiver has great football smarts, finds the open space, is a precise route runner, and has spectacular hands.

Meyers signed a three-year, $33 million contract in 2023 and enjoyed a sparking 2024 in spite of the Raiders going 4-13. He grabbed 87 receptions for 1,027 receiving yards, and four touchdowns while having zero drops on 129 targets with a 66.7% contested catch rate, ranking fourth in the NFL.

Tre Tucker is a slot receiver who was drafted in the third round in 2023 from Cincinnati. The 5-9, 185-pound speedster has seen increased usage year over year, going from 19 receptions in 2023 to 47 receptions in 2024. He’s mainly seen as a deep threat and needs to learn how to consistently create separation and improve his route running. Tucker has potential, but he’s still a work in progress.

Kyle Philips is a 5-11, 189-pound WR, who was selected in 2022 in the fifth round by the Tennessee Titans out of UCLA. Injuries ruined Philips’ time in Tennessee, and he spent 2024 on the Philadelphia Eagles’ practice squad.

Philips is a polished route runner with quickness and agility that make him an asset in short-yardage situations. He’s adept at finding soft spots in the zone and has soft hands. If he can stay healthy, he could develop into a weapon underneath.

Kristian Wilkerson is an intriguing possibility. The 6-1, 214-pounder went undrafted in 2020 and has spent the majority of his career on practice squads. However, he has tantalizing size and had 219 receptions, 3,540 receiving yards, and 33 TDs in 47 games at Southeast Missouri State. It remains surprising that a team hasn’t taken a chance on him yet.
