After a delayed start to the season due to a hamstring injury, Steelers quarterback Russell Wilson is back to his unstoppable form.
The Cleveland Browns learned about it the hard way as Wilson took over the game in Week 14. It was enough for the legendary broadcaster Jim Nantz to compare Wilson’s moves to his wife Ciara’s.

During the third quarter of the home game against the Browns, the broadcast showed off Wilson’s stats. In this segment, Nantz not only talked about Wilson’s turbulent time with the Denver Broncos but his resurgence with the Steelers as well.
Wilson’s wife Ciara was present in the stands to support her husband, and Nantz couldn’t help but bring her into the picture as well.
“By the way, he is cooking today, especially in the second half,” Nantz said, commentating over CBS’s graphics. “And let Russ cook after all; look at his career record, almost 66% win percentage.”
"He's got the moves that even Ciara would think look pretty good right now."

“Things got a little salty out in Denver. And then what he’s doing here, he’s got the moves that even Sarah would think were pretty good right now. You saw her up in the stands celebrating.”
The Steelers won 27-14 against the Browns, with their record at 10-3 for the season. Wilson ended the game throwing for 158 yards with two touchdowns under his belt.
Wilson Is Locked and Loaded for 2025 With the Steelers
Pittsburgh is already in line to make the playoffs this year; however, the front office is busy making plans for next season already. As per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Wilson is more than likely to be signed on for next season despite competition with Justin Fields.

“Both [Wilson and Fields] needed to play well to earn another opportunity with the team, and both have,” he reported. “Sources say there was optimism before the season that the play on the field this season would lead the organization to committing to one of them for years to come.”
Rapoport added that the 35-year-old Wilson “appears to be the leading candidate.” The Steelers will be back in action against the Philadelphia Eagles next Sunday for their Week 15 game.
