The Washington Commanders showed off their quality on both sides of the ball after an impressive 42-19 win against the Tennessee Titans in Week 13.
After the win, Commanders part-owner Mark Ein shared his outlook on the team and its general manager. Ein has effectively warned other NFC teams of a successful playoff run.
Mark Ein Touts GM Adam Peters After the Commanders’ Victory
The Commanders are 8-5 this season and have a firm hold on second place in the NFC East division behind the Philadelphia Eagles. They are led by 2024 second overall pick Jayden Daniels, attempting to carve out a playoff spot for themselves.
Ein became a limited partner in Josh Harris’ purchase of the Commanders in 2023. After the win against the Titans, the 59-year-old took a picture with general manager Adam Peters and made a bold prediction on his Instagram story.
“The mastermind of the team, a really good season and we are just getting started! : GM Adam Peters,” captioned Ein.

Before joining the Commanders in January of this year, Peters was the assistant general manager of the San Francisco 49ers from 2021-2023.
Peters has 21 years of NFL experience in various scouting and front-office positions.
GM Peters Is Staying True to His Words With the Commanders
Before the season even began, Peters had started firing his shots. In an interview with 106.7 The Fan, Peters argued that the Commanders could win it all. Washington has failed to have a winning record since 2016 and a playoff win since the 2005 season, and Peters wants to put everything behind them.

“Make no mistake about it,” Peters said. “It’s not a rebuild, it’s a recalibration, and we are trying to win right now. We do have goals to be really good this season.”
The Commanders will enjoy a bye week in Week 14 and will be back in action against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday, Dec. 12 to resume their fight for a playoff spot.
