“Terrion Arnold surprised Jalen Milroe after Alabama’s Iron Bowl win,” one user who uploaded the video detailed.

How Long Were Arnold and Milroe Teammates at Alabama?

Arnold and Milroe shared the field at Alabama between 2021 and 2023.

Arnold went on to star for the Crimson Tide during the 2022 and 2023 college football campaigns, which resulted in him being drafted No. 24 overall by the Lions in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Meanwhile, Milroe was the backup to current Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young during his first two (2021 and 2022) seasons at Tuscaloosa. Since the 2023 campaign, however, Milroe hasn’t looked back and has succeeded as the Crimson Tide’s starter ever since.

According to Pro Football Network’s Dalton Miller’s Top 100 NFL Draft Big Board, Milroe’s performances in recent years have him projected at the end of Round 2 at No. 62 overall in the 2025 NFL Draft.

As Miller outlines regarding Milroe, “He possesses legitimate home-run speed, a dense frame to deliver blows as a runner, and consistently impressive vision on designed runs.”

While it’s still unknown where and when Milroe will be selected next year, it’s clear that his former teammate Arnold wants the best for him and was thrilled to reunite following the Crimson Tide’s massive win in Week 14.
