After releasing Russell Wilson earlier this year, the Denver Broncos drafted talented quarterback Bo Nix from the Oregon Ducks. Nix will compete for the starting QB position with Zach Wilson and Jarrett Stidham.
But before the battle begins, he is enjoying his time in the beautiful city of Denver, as revealed by his wife Izzy Smoke Nix’s social media posts.

Smoke Nix took to the popular social media platform TikTok on Aug. 11 to post a clip showcasing her life in Denver with the following caption:

The video featured several clips, including a mountain yoga class at Devil’s Thumb Ranch, shopping at the Tecovas store at 2nd Ave., attending the practice session at Empower Field Stadium, and enjoying time with her husband.
Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, the social media influencer and fitness coach moved to Denver to support her husband, Bo. The Broncos drafted the 2023 Heisman Trophy semifinalist with the No. 12 overall pick.
Hence, the couple decided to move to Denver from Oregon recently. Since then, they seem to have fallen in love with the city and its serene mountain views.
When Did Smoke and Nix Get Married?
This is the third city the couple has moved to after getting together. They started dating during their days at Auburn, where Smoke Nix was a cheerleader for the Tigers. The couple married in the summer of 2022 and have been together since then.
In an interview with Mestiza, New York, Smoke Nix revealed that many of her gifts are still unopened, and she is excited to finally settle down in one spot to open them.
“I am mostly looking forward to building friendships, creating memories, and unpacking all of our wedding gifts! When Bo and I got married back in 2022, we moved across the country to Oregon and left all of our wedding gifts unopened in Alabama,” Smoke Nix said.
“I am so excited to finally open them up and make a house a home in Denver.”
In that same interview, she revealed some intimate details about being married to Nix and how much she loves supporting him on the sidelines.
“The first day I met Bo, he told me that his God-sized dream is to play in the NFL one day. I have witnessed years of hard work and sacrifices made, and there has been nothing more rewarding than having a front-row seat to watching this dream of his come true,” Smoke Nix said.
“My faith in Jesus is extremely important to me, and my favorite part has been standing beside someone who dedicates his life, journey, and platform all to the glory of God.”

Smoke Nix also shared that the couple is very competitive and ambitious: “We both grew up playing multiple sports and were taught to never back down from a challenge. We push each other towards our goals and to be better versions of ourselves daily.”
