The coverage maps below are correct as of Sunday morning.

  • Red: Miami Dolphins at Baltimore Ravens
    Ian Eagle and Charles Davis
  • Blue: New England Patriots at Buffalo Bills

  • Yellow: Carolina Panthers at Jacksonville Jaguars

  • Brown: Atlanta Falcons at Chicago Bears
Chris Lewis, Jason McCourty, and Ross Tucker

The CBS early Week 17 coverage map has two games that stand out from a playoff perspective. The matchup between the Miami Dolphins and Baltimore Ravens could decide the No. 1 Seed in the AFC if the Ravens emerge victorious. Meanwhile, the Dolphins are also looking to lock up the AFC East with a win this week. That game rightly dominates the early coverage map.

The other headline game from a playoff perspective on this slate is the battle between the Las Vegas Raiders and Indianapolis Colts.

Both teams are in the thick of the AFC playoff race, and for both, it is essentially a must-win contest.

The Raiders would be eliminated with a loss, while the Colts would put themselves in serious trouble if they lost, given the traffic of the AFC South.

  • Red: Cincinnati Bengals at Kansas City Chiefs
    Jim Nantz and Tony Romo
  • Blue: Los Angeles Chargers at Denver Broncos
Tom McCarthy, James Lofton, and Jay Feely

The late Week 17 NFL Coverage Map is headlined by a battle between the Kansas City Chiefs and Cincinnati Bengals in Arrowhead. Both are coming off horrible losses to division rivals, and neither can afford to lose.

The Bengals could be eliminated with a loss, while the Chiefs would put themselves in danger of losing the division, and potentially missing the playoff altogether if they lose.

In the other game on this slate, the Denver Broncos will be desperate for a win to stay alive in the race for the playoffs, and potentially even the division.

No matter which game you get in the FOX Week 17 NFL Coverage Map, you will see consequential football. Every game will shape the playoff picture in both the AFC and NFC, but two games take the cake.

In the early window, the matchup between the New Orleans Saints and Tampa Bay Buccaneers could be instrumental in deciding the destination of the NFC South crown. The Buccaneers could clinch with a win, while a Saints win would keep themselves and the Falcons in the mix.

In the late-afternoon window, the Seattle Seahawks and Pittsburgh Steelers both desperately need a win victory in their respective playoff pictures. The Seahawks could put themselves in a firm position heading into Week 18, and could even clinch a playoff spot if other results go their way.
