In a matchup where both teams rest outside the Top 100 nationally in points allowed per game, you’re going to want to invest in offense somehow. Opportunities abound on both sides of the Arizona line.
At quarterback, seeing the mere $400 difference between the two, Jayden de Laura is the player you’ll want to target in this game. Both QBs are facing inconsistent secondaries, but de Laura has more weapons and has been more consistent this year in his starting role. He’ll be looking to bounce back from a four-interception showing against Washington State, and he should be able to against the Sun Devils.
Similarly, Arizona is the team to keep tabs on at wide receiver. Jacob Cowing and Dorian Singer are both 1,000-yard receivers this year, and although they’re the most expensive options, they provide the highest value as well. If you’re stuck between Cowing and Singer for your final spot, lean Singer. Cowing is the separator, but Singer is a bigger big-play threat downfield, and he’s been hot as of late.
At running back, the value is at the top of the board as well. Xazavian Valladay may be a bit pricy, but he’s been tirelessly consistent this year. And against an Arizona run defense that’s struggled at times, he should be able to carve through the middle of the field with his explosiveness and no-nonsense style.
If you’re short on cash and need to pick a low-price TE, lean Messiah Swinson. Neither TE has been very productive as of late in this contest, but Swinson does have some red zone appeal at 6’8″, 255 pounds.

Arizona State vs. Arizona Prediction
This is a tough game to predict, as it should be a close one. Neither team is in bowl contention, with Arizona State at 3-8 and Arizona at 4-7. Both teams have struggled mightily on the defensive side of the ball, and over-arching consistency remains elusive.
In a game that will likely be decided more by touchdowns than field goals, however, I like Arizona laying the four points. The Wildcats have the superior passing attack, and high-scoring affairs like this one usually end up being won in the air when teams need to push the envelope down the stretch.
The Sun Devils have the necessary running game to rack up yards early, and Trenton Bourguet and Elijhah Badger have proven competent in the passing game. But ultimately, Arizona’s superior firepower should allow them to close this one out with a lead. These teams will trade blows in the desert and drive the score up, but the Wildcats come out on top.
Prediction: Arizona 38, Arizona State 31
