Fantasy WR Injury Report Week 14 | AFC

In the middle of what has seemed like a brutal season full of injuries, these are the fantasy-relevant WRs in the AFC currently on the NFL’s Week 14 injury report. With some players trending in the wrong direction, fantasy managers might need to start considering secondary options.

Miles Boykin, Baltimore Ravens

After being listed as doubtful for Week 13, the Baltimore Ravens ruled Miles Boykin (finger) inactive for Sunday’s game against the Steelers. Boykin has now missed the Ravens’ last three games.

Tee Higgins, Cincinnati Bengals

Kelsey Conway of the Cincinnati Enquirer reports Tee Higgins injured his ankle in the Bengals’ Week 13 loss but is not expected to miss any time. On Sunday, Higgins hauled in 9 of 14 targets for 138 yards and a touchdown to record his second-straight 100-yard game.

Mike Thomas, Cincinnati Bengals

Marisa Contipelli of the Bengals’ official site reported Mike Thomas would not play in Week 13 due to an illness. Thomas was unable to record a practice last week and came into the week doubtful.

Anthony Schwartz, Cleveland Browns

According to Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal, Anthony Schwartz did not practice Monday due to a concussion and remains in the NFL’s concussion protocol. Schwartz suffered a concussion during the Browns’ Week 10 loss to the Patriots and has yet to return.

Keenan Allen, Los Angeles Chargers

Taylor Bisciotti of NFL Network reported Keenan Allen, who was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list on Monday following a positive test, is vaccinated and has a chance to play in Week 14.

Per NFL protocols, vaccinated players are eligible to return after they’re asymptomatic for at least 48 hours and produce two negative COVID-19 tests at least 24 hours apart.

Corey Davis, New York Jets

Ethan Greenberg of the Jets’ official site reports Corey Davis (groin) was placed on the injured reserve Tuesday. On Monday, head coach Robert Saleh told reporters Davis would require season-ending core muscle surgery after re-aggravating his groin on Sunday.

Keelan Cole, New York Jets

Keelan Cole did not play Sunday after being placed on the reserve/COVID-19 on November 30.

Julio Jones, Tennessee Titans

Jim Wyatt of the team’s official site reported Monday the Titans have designated Julio Jones (hamstring) to return from IR. The Titans have a 21-day window to activate Jones to the 53-man roster.

He has not suited up since Week 9 due to a nagging hamstring injury. With A.J. Brown (chest/ribs) on IR, Jones could play a significant role in the passing game once he returns.

Fantasy WR Injury Report Week 13 | NFC

Which NFC wide receivers currently sit on the injury report ahead of Week 14? Who is in danger of missing their matchup this week, leaving fantasy managers in a difficult position?

Calvin Ridley, Atlanta Falcons

Calvin Ridley (personal) remains on the reserve/non-football injury list after stepping away from the NFL to focus on his mental health in early November.

Marquise Goodwin, Chicago Bears

After failing to record a practice last week, Marquise Goodwin was inactive for Week 13 due to a foot and rib injury.

Allen Robinson, Chicago Bears

Allen Robinson (hamstring) was inactive for the Bears’ Week 13 game against the Cardinals. Robinson has yet to practice since the Bears returned from a Week 10 bye and has missed three games in a row.

Cedrick Wilson, Dallas Cowboys

According to Jon Machota of The Athletic, Cedrick Wilson (ankle) did not participate in the Cowboys’ practice Tuesday. Wilson was a DNP on Monday as well after missing Dallas’ Week 13 game on Thursday night.

Adam Thielen, Minnesota Vikings

Adam Thielen (ankle) has been declared out for Week 14 Thursday Night Football against the Steelers. He had missed practice earlier in the week and had been a longshot to return Thursday after suffering a high ankle sprain on his second target of Week 13.

Kenny Golladay, New York Giants

Kenny Golladay sustained a rib injury in Week 13 but returned to play in the entire second half. After the game, Golladay told reports he received X-rays, which revealed there were no fractures. It appears he avoided any serious injuries but will be worth monitoring as the week progresses.

Sterling Shepard, New York Giants

After recording two limited sessions to end the week and being initially listed as doubtful, Sterling Shepard (quadriceps) was ruled inactive for Week 13 and missed his fourth game in a row.

Kadarius Toney, New York Giants

Kadarius Toney (quadriceps/oblique) was ruled inactive for Week 13 and missed his second straight game after not participating in last week’s practices. Toney missed a game earlier in the season due to an ankle injury as well.

Deebo Samuel, San Francisco 49ers

49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan said Monday that Deebo Samuel (groin) is “day-to-day,” and he hopes the WR will be able to suit up in Week 14 against the Cincinnati Bengals, Cam Inman of the San Jose Mercury News reports. Samuel missed last week’s game after injuring his groin in Week 12.

Jaelon Darden, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Despite recording a full practice Thursday, Jaelon Darden (concussion) was ruled out for Week 13 as he remained in the NFL’s concussion protocol. Darden has seen 8 targets in his rookie year across six games.
