The podcast is now taking things a step further by bringing a Super Bowl champion into the fold, sparking plenty of reactions from fans.

‘Bussin’ With The Boys’ announced on Monday that former NFL quarterback Chase Daniel has joined the show.
Daniel revealed on X that his new role will involve breaking down the NFL’s biggest games, quarterbacks, storylines, and moments every Sunday. He will bring his experience as a former quarterback to provide another perspective on the most notable developments from around the league each week.

As part of the partnership, ‘Bussin’ With The Boys’ will also become the exclusive partner of Daniel’s show, “THE BREAKDOWN.” The program will continue focusing heavily on film analysis and quarterback play, offering viewers an in-depth look at the position from Daniel’s perspective.
However, not many fans were on board with the collaboration.

Daniel has extensive experience in sports media, having started his broadcasting career while he was still an active NFL player. He made history by appearing on the NFL Network’s “NFL Gameday Final” immediately after playing in a Monday Night Football game.
Daniel later co-hosted “The Facility” on FS1 and also contributed to the NFL Network. Given his experience both on the field and behind the microphone, several figures welcomed the addition.

The podcast’s hosts were equally enthusiastic about bringing Daniel aboard.
“Massive addition to the squad!” Lewan wrote.
“Could not be more fired up about this partnership and working with a Mizzou legend that ate dinner with me on my recruiting visit back in ‘07 (then hung 52 on us at Nebraska that next year). Welcome to the team, brother,” Compton wrote.
Before his broadcasting career, Daniel had an illustrious football career, playing college football for the Missouri Tigers, earning second-team All-American honors in 2007.
Daniel entered the NFL in 2009 after signing with the Washington Redskins as an undrafted free agent. He went on to spend time with several NFL teams during his career and ultimately became a Super Bowl champion as the backup quarterback for the New Orleans Saints during their Super Bowl XLIV-winning season.
