Dallas Cowboys wide receivers CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens always headline their receiving unit. As expected, both earned spots on PFN’s Top 100 players list, but which of the two ranked higher?
PFN Top 100 Reveals Where CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens Rank Among NFL’s Best
Lamb has been one of the NFL’s most reliable wide receivers since arriving in Dallas, as he has touched the 1,000-yard receiving mark five times in six seasons with the Cowboys, compiling 7,416 receiving yards and 41 receiving touchdowns. His consistent production also earned him the No. 28 spot on PFN’s Top 100 Players list, where he ranked as the seventh-best wide receiver.
“After his strong rookie year in 2020, CeeDee Lamb has since surpassed the 1,000-yard receiving mark every year he’s been in the NFL,” the PFN report says. “He missed three games due to injury in 2025, but he still finished No. 11 in the league with 1,077 receiving yards. More notably, though, his 76.9 receiving yards per game ranked sixth in the league.
“Lamb has finished no lower than eighth in the NFL in receiving yards per game in each of his last four seasons with the Cowboys. His 78.3 WR Impact Score in 2025 was his lowest since the aforementioned 2020 rookie year, but his finish as the No. 2 wide receiver in our database in 2023 helps propel him into the top 30 this year.”

Lamb’s talent is just incredible, and pairing him with Pickens will allow Dallas to unlock a phenomenal level of offensive production once again in 2026. Pickens provides the vertical threat that forces defenses to account for the outside, making him an ideal complement to Lamb.
Pickens finished third in the NFL last season with 1,429 receiving yards, catching 93 passes for 9 touchdowns. The performance earned him Pro Bowl honors and second-team All-Pro recognition.

PFN also ranked Pickens No. 70 overall on its Top 100 Players list and ninth among wide receivers.
“Many could assume George Pickens would be a productive member of the Cowboys’ offense in 2025,” the PFN report says. “Few could’ve predicted he’d be as productive as he ended up being.
“This ranking comes with some trepidation, as Pickens never finished higher than No. 20 in our WR Impact Scoring in a single season before placing third in 2025. That said, he’s a gifted receiver with a large catch radius, tremendous ball skills, and a Dallas offense that looks to be a perfect fit for his skill set.”
Pickens remains on the franchise tag after Dallas opted against negotiating a long-term extension this offseason. The 2026 season may be the most important of his career, giving him a chance to boost both his market value and his standing alongside Lamb among the league’s elite receivers.
