As Serena Williams gears up to make her spectacular return to Grand Slam tennis at the 2026 Wimbledon Championships, she is being cheered on by her husband and two children.
Williams will face Maya Joint on Center Court on Tuesday in one of the most eagerly anticipated matches of the year.

All eyes are on Williams as she makes a stunning comeback at the scene of some of her biggest triumphs in tennis. The 44-year-old will compete in both women’s singles and doubles at Wimbledon and will look to add to the 13 Grand Slam titles and two Olympic gold medals she has won at the All England Club.
Ahead of her return to the biggest stage in tennis, Williams had been spending time in London alongside her family. On Sunday, she posted pictures of her off-court adventures alongside her daughters, Olympia and Adira.

Williams is also being supported by her husband, Alexis Ohanian, who has been active on social media, detailing his adventures in London. He shared a video of himself doing his daughters’ hair and helping them get ready.

On Monday, he posted a video of Adira sporting a Chelsea jersey. Ohanian and Williams are part owners of Chelsea FC Women, having bought a stake in the club last year. The couple has often been spotted cheering for Chelsea alongside their two daughters since.
“Wimbledon is blue, too,” he captioned the post.
Later, the Reddit co-founder sent a sentimental message to his younger self, emphasizing the importance and joys of fatherhood.
“Young man, there’s no way to explain this feeling, but I hope you get the chance to experience it for yourself. Fatherhood is the best,” he wrote.
When she is not spending time with her kids, Williams is preparing for one of the most audacious sporting comebacks. After accepting a last-minute wildcard to compete in singles at Wimbledon, the legendary tennis star will look to show the world that she is still capable of competing at the top level.
As she looks to make her mark on tennis once again, Williams will have the full support of her husband and their two daughters. She will begin her singles campaign on Tuesday and partner up with her sister, Venus Williams, in the women’s doubles on Thursday.
