Hunter Biden has become one of the most unpredictable voices on social media. Former President Joe Biden’s son reemerged on X in late May 2026, and his posts have been generating millions of views.
In a lengthy post listing things he believes most Americans agree on, Biden covered everything from grocery prices to foreign policy to artificial intelligence, then dropped an unprompted shot at the Dallas Cowboys that Philadelphia Eagles fans undoubtedly would have loved.
Hunter Biden’s Viral X Post Included a Dig at the Cowboys
Biden’s post, which included a dig at the NFL franchise owned by Jerry Jones, was a portrayal of American life in 2026.
“Things most Americans agree on: Groceries cost too much,” Biden wrote. “Tariffs suck and make no sense. Congress and Presidents shouldn’t trade stocks. The debt is a mess. The border should be secure, but legal immigration is good. Endless wars are stupid, especially ones that nobody wants and have never been explained. Americans are exhausted.”
He then turned to technology, noting that AI is “like my new best friend that also might be trying to take my job, my ability to think for myself, and my humanity in the process.” He praised diversity, called Canadians “super f***ing cool” and Mexicans “chill,” and argued that Vladimir Putin isn’t looking out for America’s best interests.

After a reference to Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump, Biden declared his allegiance to Philadelphia in the clearest possible terms. “The Cowboys suck. Go Birds!” he said.
He concluded his assessment by saying, “Things we’re told to fight about: Me. Laptop. Vaccines. Transgenders in sports. Pronouns. That’s the joke.”
The Biden family’s Eagles fandom is well established. Former President Joe Biden attended the Eagles’ 31-0 victory over the Las Vegas Raiders at Lincoln Financial Field in December 2025, telling reporters beforehand, “Go Birds, man, all the way.”
Biden’s dig carries extra weight heading into a season in which both franchises have legitimate Super Bowl ambitions. The Eagles won back-to-back NFC East titles in 2024 and 2025 and captured Super Bowl 59 after the 2024 season. Dallas and Philadelphia split their season series for the third time in four years in 2025, but the Cowboys upgraded their roster massively in the offseason.

As evident by Biden’s post, the NFC East rivalry isn’t confined to the field, as political figures, celebrities, and media personalities have long used the Cowboys and Eagles as shorthand for cultural allegiance.
The Cowboys and Eagles will face each other in Weeks 7 and 12 this season, and hopefully, the games will be closely contested.
