The Tennessee Titans quarterback made headlines for all the wrong reasons when his intimate video with ex-girlfriend Gia Duddy allegedly got leaked. Amid the PR nightmare, Levis’s mother, Beth, offered insight into how the quarterback and his family have been handling the controversy.

Word quickly spread online recently, as users discussed the video, which allegedly involved Levis and Duddy. As public figures, the former couple dealt with a lot in the aftermath of the leak, with Levis reportedly spending significant money to identify the people responsible for the video leak.
The quarterback’s mother appeared on the “Ross Tucker Podcast,” where she opened up about the trouble they’ve faced since the leak.
“So Will actually ended up hiring a cybersecurity specialist and private investigator and spent an exorbitant amount of money to try to get to the bottom of this,” Beth said. “And through that, try to scrape what they could to make this go away. Ultimately, a lot of the content was taken down, but you know, you can never scrape anything entirely from the internet. It’s there forever. There is a footprint, unfortunately.”

The content has been made largely inaccessible through major platforms, protecting Levis and Duddy’s privacy to some extent. Taking down absolutely everything from the entire internet, as Beth mentioned, however, is likely impossible.
On the other hand, the family’s efforts to seek justice rendered some results, as they determined what happened.
“We did find out, actually, that the content was stolen, and that his private laptop, or digital platform, phone, whatever, was actually breached and invaded a year or two earlier, when he was in college,” Beth added. “We came to find out that this was an Eastern European hacking group that is notorious for trying to target what they think might be an attractive couple that they can then expose and do what they do for attention. So… we knew where it came from; it wasn’t something malicious from somebody else.”

In the meantime, Levis is in the middle of preseason preparations with the Titans. The quarterback is expected to sit third on the depth chart behind second-year star Cam Ward and veteran Mitchell Trubisky.
PFSN’s Jacob Infante recently predicted that Levis would be available on the trade market, and some teams could take a shot at him to get the best out of him on the field, as he looks ready for a fresh start.
