Jannik Sinner’s girlfriend, Laila Hasanovic, was spotted cheering the Italian on at the Qatar Open on Monday. The Danish influencer sat with the World No. 2’s coaching team as he faced Tomáš Macháč in Doha.
Sinner is looking to win his first title of 2026 after missing out at the Australian Open. The 24-year-old was beaten by Novak Djokovic in five sets in the semifinals.
Jannik Sinner’s Girlfriend Cheers him on at Qatar Open
Sinner began his Qatar Open campaign on Monday evening with a first-round match against Macháč. The Italian’s partner was spotted cheering him on in Doha. A fan shared an image from the broadcast of Hasanovic sitting with Sinner’s coaching team on X.

Sinner and Hasanovic started dating last year and publicly announced their relationship in October 2025 following his triumph at the Vienna Open. Hasanovic sat next to Sinner’s parents in the crowd for the final of the Austrian event.
Since then, the social media content creator has been frequently spotted cheering for him at several of his matches. She was also present at the 2025 ATP Finals, where Sinner defeated Carlos Alcaraz in the final.
As of this writing, Sinner finds himself a set in front and a break ahead in the second in his first round clash at the Qatar Open as he looks to secure his place in the second round. He is among the favorites to win in Doha, alongside rival and recently crowned Australian Open champion Alcaraz.
Sinner Thanked Girlfriend After Vienna Open Triumph
Following his triumph over Alexander Zverev at the Vienna Open in October, Sinner thanked his girlfriend as well as friends and family for their support.

Sinner and Hasanovic were also spotted vacationing at a ski resort in northern Italy before the Australian Open. He was also spotted carrying her skis over his shoulders during the trip.
Meanwhile, on the tennis court, Sinner is competing on the Middle East Swing, where he will play in the Qatar Open and the Dubai Tennis Championship. Following that, he will turn his focus to the Sunshine Swing in the United States.
