The Denver Broncos are hosting the Buffalo Bills at the Empower Field at Mile High at 4:30 ET today. The crowd will first see a national anthem for the divisional game by 25-year-old singer Kayla Ruby. But as the game proceeds and the halftime show begins, there will be a few of the ‘furry performers’ who will take the center stage.
What is the Halftime Show at the Bills vs Broncos Divisional Game Today?
At halftime of the Denver Broncos vs. Buffalo Bills game, there will be a live entertainment performance by “Flyndogs”, a professional frisbee dog team. These dogs are trained to run, leap, and make high-flying catches while performing choreographed tricks on the field to hype up the crowd.
The Flyndogs team has seven dogs, and either all or some of them will perform at the Bills vs Broncos halftime show today. Here are more details about the dogs. Their roster is packed with elite canine athletes, each bringing a different edge to the show.
Banner, a red-tri Baussie, is a multiple-time Colorado state champion and one of the foundation stars of the team, now retired but still active in scent work. Djinn is a blue heeler mix rescue, known for explosive leaps, fearless catches, and appearances at major pro sports venues. Hella, who was rescued from Iowa, adds pure speed and intensity by routinely chasing down long throws and lighting up the field with her nonstop energy.
The team’s freestyle flair comes from dogs like Archer, a black-tri Australian Shepherd with sharp timing, fast disc sequences, and a playful personality that wins over crowds instantly.
Falcon, one of the newer members, has already made her mark with NFL halftime performances and strong competitive finishes in Colorado, while also excelling in scent work competitions.
At the top of the legacy list is Banzai, a Border Collie–Cattle Dog mix and the most decorated Flyndogs. It has multiple state titles, world finals appearances, and international championships before retiring after a global career.
Then there is Dharma, a red-and-white Baussie who is also retired from performance but remains a trick specialist and high-energy presence behind the scenes. Together, these dogs deliver the high-flying, crowd-pleasing action fans see during Flyndogs’ halftime shows.
