The Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings are all set to clash on one of the most awaited days of the year, Christmas. In addition to the on-field action, fans should prepare for an entertaining halftime performance by a world-renowned artist.
Who Will Headline the Halftime Show During the Lions–Vikings Game?
Snoop Dogg has been announced as the headliner for the Christmas Day halftime show during the Week 17 matchup between the Lions and Vikings. He is set to make the festive game even more entertaining with his performance.
Netflix, which will stream the Christmas games, confirmed that Snoop Dogg will headline the halftime show during the Vikings–Lions matchup. Netflix Chief Content Officer Bela Bajaria also shared her excitement about the game and the special performance.
“Christmas Gameday just got a whole lot cooler. We’re uniting two global cultural juggernauts, the NFL and the one and only Snoop Dogg, who will drop the hottest halftime show,” Bajaria said. “As a West Coast girl and huge fan myself, I can confidently say this is the ultimate gift we could give our members. We’re ready to drop it like it’s hot this holiday celebration!”
The show, titled “Snoop’s Holiday Halftime Party,” won’t feature Dogg alone. Country music star Lainey Wilson will also join the lineup, along with Netflix’s smash-hit KPop Demon Hunters performers EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami, who together form the group HUNTR/X.
In addition to these big names, Dogg announced that additional surprise guests will appear during the halftime show, promising to make the holiday even more memorable.
“You’ll have to wait until Christmas to see who else joins Uncle Snoop,” Dogg said. “But trust, it’s gonna be a holiday to remember.”

“NFL, Netflix, and your Uncle Snoop on Christmas Day?” Dogg continued. “We’re servin’ up music, love, and good vibes for the whole world to enjoy. That’s holiday magic Santa can’t fit in a bag.”
