Jannik Sinner has cemented his status as a global icon, securing the Fans’ Favorite Award for the third consecutive year in 2025. Following his previous wins in 2023 and 2024, the honor highlights the deep connection the Italian star has built with tennis audiences worldwide.
This recognition caps a dominant season where he captured his second ATP Finals trophy, defeating rival Carlos Alcaraz in the championship match.

He added, “Hello everyone, Jannik here. Thank you so much for voting for me. Winning the fan’s favorite award once again means the world to me, especially because of you guys. It has been a very intense, intense year, but you give me so much energy and love, especially when I go on court and perform in front of you. It’s the best feeling for a tennis player, so thank you so much. I will prepare myself in the best possible way to be ready for next year and see you all very very soon. Ciao ciao!”

Sinner will return to action at the Hyundai Card Super match in Incheon, South Korea, facing Alcaraz in January just before the 2026 Australian Open. This selective scheduling aligns with his philosophy on managing his physical condition.
He previously explained why he limits his exhibition appearances compared to other tour players, noting, “I always consider in what shape I am and what my goals are. I like to be ready for tournaments, so sometimes it’s not the right time or schedule. I’ve never played many exhibitions, and there’s always a reason behind it.”
Despite this cautious approach, Sinner made a notable exception for the Six Kings Slam in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Competing in the event for the second time, he secured the title and the $6 million prize by defeating Alcaraz in the final.
