The San Francisco 49ers are gearing up for their Week 11 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals this Sunday, the second meeting between the teams this season.
The 49ers won the first matchup at the buzzer with an Eddy Piñeiro field goal in a game led by Mac Jones. Now the team gets its starting quarterback, Brock Purdy, back as it looks to improve to 4-1 in division play. Here’s the latest injury report for the 49ers.
49ers Release Last Injury Report Before Week 11 Game Against Arizona
For the first time this season, the 49ers enter Sunday’s matchup with only one player listed as questionable: cornerback Deommodore Lenoir, who experienced calf tightness during Thursday’s practice and did not participate Friday. He will undergo an MRI to determine the severity of the injury.
Aside from Lenoir, San Francisco will be at full strength. Alfred Collins was cleared to play after being limited during the week with a hip issue, and Dee Winters, who was also limited with knee soreness, has been cleared for the game.
The best news comes on the offensive side of the ball, as the 49ers will have their entire starting unit available for Kyle Shanahan. Brock Purdy and Ricky Pearsall are both set to return, marking the first time since the opening drive against the Seattle Seahawks that the offense will be fully intact.

Purdy worked his way back from a turf toe–type injury suffered in Week 1 and re-aggravated in Week 5 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, which led to Mac Jones taking over in his absence. After three weeks of limited work, Purdy ramped up his activity this week and has been cleared to play.
Pearsall, who sustained a PCL injury in Week 5, is expected to be one of Purdy’s primary targets against the Cardinals, along with George Kittle, with whom he has built strong chemistry since entering the league. Sunday’s game should finally showcase the offensive identity Shanahan envisioned entering the season.
