Radio Stations for Chiefs vs. Commanders
Kansas City Chiefs Radio
The home team will have a local radio broadcast on 96.5 The Fan (KFNZ-FM) and on 610 AM. They will also be on satellite radio for a national broadcast on SiriusXM channel 225 for Monday Night Football this week.
Mitch Holthus will handle play-by-play duties on local radio with former wide receiver Danan Hughes as the analyst joining him in the booth. Josh Klingler will be their reporter out on the field during the game.
The Chiefs’ offense is finally back at full strength after Rashee Rice served his six0game suspension and Xavier Worthy returned from an injury he suffered in the first game of the season. This give Patrick Mahomes plenty of weapons to work with as his team enters the contest as massive favorites to come away with the victory in their home stadium.
Washington Commanders Radio
The Commanders’ local radio broadcast will be available in the Washington, D.C. area on BIG 100 (WBIG-FM) and on SiriusXM channel 226 for satellite coverage nationally. The surrounding areas can also tune in to their corresponding radio stations.
Bram Weinstein will be the play-by-play announcer, as he has been for the team since the 2020 season. He will be joined by two former players serving as analysts in London Fletcher and Logan Paulsen. The trio is in their third year together as a broadcast team.
The Commanders have been short-handed at wide receiver in recent weeks, but both Deebo Samuel and Terry McLaurin are expected to play this week. This could help them keep up with the heavy favorites in the contest, though they will have to do so without their starting quarterback. Jayden Daniels has already been ruled out, so Marcus Mariota will get the start.
