Cincinnati Bengals Fans Furious With Offensive Line Over Joe Burrow Injury

Bengals’ fans blame the offensive line for the injury to the former LSU superstar. While with the Tigers, Burrow led them to a National Championship for the 2019 season and won a Heisman Trophy that same year.

It appears Burrow’s ankle is being tended to following the sack. After spending time in the blue medical tent, Burrow was assisted to the locker room with a visible limp and medical staff on either side of him. It has since been reported that an injury was sustained to his toe.

As is imaginable, fans are furious!

What Do The Fans Feel?

Most of them feel Burrow was wronged by team management and were very vocal in calling the team out. One fan wrote on X, “The Bengals have failed Joe Burrow in every single way.” Another passionate Cincinnati fan took it a notch further, writing, “Lovely fucking Joe burrow is hurt because bengals can’t invest in a o line.”

Before the injury, Burrow completed seven of his 13 passes for 76 yards and a touchdown. Burrow has also previously dealt with a torn ACL, a calf strain, and wrist injuries. “This damn offensive line … Joe Burrow in the blue tent,” said a Bengals SI reporter.

Jacksonville currently leads the Bengals 17-10 at the half.

“That Bengals offensive line is trying to get Joe Burrow injured. That has to be the only excuse, because there is no way they are that bad, not on purpose,” said another NFL fan.

Another fan asked, “How shitty of a football organization do you have to be to have a QB like Joe burrow and be utterly incompetent as it pertains to protecting him?”

“Joe burrow might as well retire,” another fan also said.

The Bengals currently have a 1-0 record on the season so far and will be at the Minnesota Vikings on September 21, 2025.
