Ten-time Pro Bowler Russell Wilson will play for his fourth team in five years in 2025, and his wife Ciara’s support remains unwavering.
Wilson is entering his 14th season in the NFL, and Ciara was in attendance with her kids at the New York Giants’ training camp to support the quarterback from the sidelines.
How Has Russell Wilson’s Journey Shaped His 14th NFL Season?
Wilson was selected in the third round of the 2012 NFL Draft by the Seattle Seahawks and had an impressive career with the franchise, leading them to a Super Bowl win as a sophomore. He was traded to Denver in 2022 and struggled to adapt to a system outside of Seattle.
Wilson went 11-19 as a starter with the Broncos in two seasons and was eventually released last year before signing a one-year deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers, where he went 6-5 as a starter in 11 games.
He completed 214 of 336 passes (63.7%) for 2,482 yards, with 16 touchdowns and five interceptions, helping lead Pittsburgh to the playoffs before a Wild Card loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
In March 2025, Wilson signed a one-year, $10.5 million deal with the Giants, with $10 million guaranteed. He’s expected to open the season as the starter, joined in the quarterback room by Jameis Winston and first-round pick Jaxson Dart out of Ole Miss.

While the season has yet to start, Wilson’s wife and his kids have already donned the blue. Ciara attended the Giants’ training camp with her kids to let them spend some family time with Wilson amid the grueling schedule, and all of them were sporting his jersey.
Sharing the pictures of her trip on her Instagram handle, Ciara wished the quarterback success in his 14th season and declared her full allegiance to the Giants.
