Sanders put in immense work during the break between the OTAs and training camp, and as he shared a montage of his offseason workouts, fans are hyping up the quarterback to take over the NFL.

No rookie is more popular than Sanders, and it isn’t just because he is the son of NFL legend Deion Sanders. The quarterback impressed during his college career and helped the Colorado Buffaloes make it to the Associated Press’ end-of-season Top 25 poll for the first time since 2016.
While being Deion’s son played a role in his draft slide, coupled with his polarizing personality, Shedeur is determined to prove his doubters wrong and has been doing all the right things to earn the Browns’ starting job.
The quarterback recently gave fans a glimpse into his intense offseason workouts, and fans are not just loving it; they are hoping he wins the Browns’ QB1 spot.

Sanders is competing for the starting job against fellow rookie Dillon Gabriel, 40-year-old Joe Flacco, and former first-rounder Kenny Pickett. He outperformed all three during the minicamp, and if he can replicate that at the training camp, he may well be under center in Cleveland for the Week 1 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.
PFSN Analyst Makes Bold Prediction About Sanders’ Chances of Becoming Cleveland’s QB1
PFSN analyst Jacob Infante recently released his predictions for the training camp, and he believes Sanders will become the Browns’ QB1 despite being a fifth-round pick.
“This is probably the boldest choice of them all. However, Kenny Pickett has proven himself to be a backup-caliber quarterback in the NFL, not a starter. Joe Flacco showed some rust last season and isn’t getting any younger. If it came down to the Cleveland Browns’ two rookie quarterbacks, Shedeur Sanders could be a more appealing option than Dillon Gabriel based on college tape,” Infante wrote.
Sanders appears to have the support of his teammates in the locker room and the fan base, so there will undoubtedly be calls to start him early and often throughout the season.
