Following his victory over Juan Manuel Cerundolo at the ATP 250 event, the Kazakh warmly embraced his son, Vasily, who was in the stands to watch his father claim his sixth tour-level title. The heartwarming moment continued as the 28-year-old was also seen sharing a loving embrace with his wife.

Family Man Alexander Bublik Shines in Gstaad with His Adorable Title Win Celebration

Alexander Bublik defeated Juan Manuel Cerundolo 6‑4, 4‑6, 6‑3 in the Gstaad Open final, clinching the title after a two-hour, eight-minute battle. The Kazakh dominated the first set with an early break, while Cerundolo equalised in the second. In the decider, Bublik won all 16 points on his first serve and sealed his sixth ATP title, his first on clay, without dropping a set before the final.

After emerging victorious, the 28-year-old was seen sharing an adorable moment alongside his family, who cheered for him from the stands. Bublik quickly paved his way towards his beloved son, Vasily and picked him up as the whole crowd watched in awe.

The heartwarming moment lasted long as his wife Tatiyana was seen moving towards him to share a loving embrace. A clip of the incident was shared by the ATP Tour’s official X account.

Alexander Bublik married his longtime partner Tatiyana in 2021. The couple welcomed their son, Vasily, on August 16, 2022, a milestone Bublik described as life‑changing.

“Your home becomes even warmer and nicer even though he’s crying. It’s incredible,” as he told ahead of the 2022 US Open.

Soon after the commendable three-set win over Juan Manuel Cerundolo, Bublik stepped forward to mention how it was one of the hardest wins to secure among his six ATP titles. Speaking in a post-match interview, he compared his rival’s dominance to “torturing”.

“First of all, Juan, I told you at the net this was not tennis, this was complete torturing. That’s one of the…you know, this is my sith title and I’ve played the greats of the game, but this final I will remember as one of the toughest that I ever played so, good job to you. Congrats to your team,” he said.

After the recent win, Bublik is all set to compete at the Generali Open, with his opening match scheduled for Wednesday, 23rd July.
