The Golden State Warriors are having a mediocre season so far this year. They managed to sign Al Horford but failed to make any other significant roster additions. They have been caught relying too heavily on Stephen Curry before, but the issue persists.
They had lost to the Sacramento Kings and Denver Nuggets without Curry, who had missed both games with an illness. However, the Warriors were able to beat the Indiana Pacers, notably without the star duo of Tyrese Haliburton and Pascal Siakam.

When Will Stephen Curry Return?
Warriors head coach Steve Kerr spoke about the 4-time NBA champion’s return to the court. He has now missed three consecutive games, and his return to the lineup is undoubtedly vital for the Warriors to build momentum and win games.
The superstar previously mentioned that the illness was worsening before the game against the Kings. Warriors insider Anthony Slater also reported before the Nuggets game that Curry’s health deteriorated and that he would be sidelined. That was also the case for the Pacers game.
The Warriors are currently about to face the Oklahoma City Thunder and the San Antonio Spurs on the road. This will certainly be a major disadvantage for the Warriors, as they might have to play away from home without their star player.

Kerr has recently revealed an update on Curry’s return to the lineup. Slater writes, “We’re expecting Steph (Curry) to be back Tuesday.” There is a chance that his minutes are minimized when Curry returns, considering the fact that he missed the last three games.
The Warriors were able to beat the Pacers, thanks to a 21-point game from Jimmy Butler III. He managed to put up 21 points on the scoreboard, along with seven assists and nine rebounds.
With Curry set to return against the Thunder, the Warriors would be aiming to build momentum and get off to a good start to the road games they have ahead.
