Before Saturday’s game against the New Orleans Pelicans, the NBA announced that George had been suspended for the next 25 games.

George has been with the 76ers for part of two seasons.
They are coming off a year where he dealt with injuries (and the team missed the NBA playoffs for the first time since 2017).

The 76ers enter Saturday’s game as the sixth seed in the Eastern Confernece with a 26-21 record in 47 games.
They are in the middle of a two-game winning streak.
Following the Pelicans, the 76ers will continue action when they visit the LA Clippers on Monday.

As for Randle, he is in his second season playing for the Timberwolves.
The former Kentucky star is averaging 22.2 points, 6.9 rebounds, 5.3 assists and 1.2 steals per contest while shooting 49.0% from the field and 32.5% from three-point range in 49 games.
The Timberwolves are the seventh seed in the Western Conference with a 30-19 record in 49 games.
They are in the middle of a three-game winning streak.
On Saturday, the Timberwolves will visit the Memphis Grizzlies.
