On Sunday, the Golden State Warriors played the Minnesota Timberwolves at the Target Center.

The Warriors won by a score of 111-85.

Steph Curry finished with 26 points, two rebounds, seven assists and four steals while shooting 7/18 from the field and 3/10 from three-point range in 28 minutes of playing time.

Curry has still been one of the best 15 players in the NBA despite his age.

He is in his 17th NBA season (all with Golden State).

Via ESPN’s Anthony Slater: “Steph Curry’s status tomorrow night is TBD. Played through some knee soreness and scored 26 points this afternoon. Blowout win so Steve Kerr noted they were able to keep him below 28 minutes.”

The Warriors improved to 26-21 in 47 games, which has them as the eighth seed in the Western Conference.

They are 7-3 over their last ten games (and 9-14 on the road).

On Monday, the Warriors and Timberwolves will face off (again).

As for the Timberwolves, they dropped to 27-19 in 46 games, which has them as the seventh seed.

They are 15-8 in 23 games at the Target Center.

Last season, the Timberwolves beat the Warriors in the second round of the 2025 NBA playoffs (in five games).
