Via The New Orleans Pelicans: “Pelicans announce that Zion Williamson, who was diagnosed with a grade 1 left hamstring strain on November 4, continues to progress well through his rehabilitation and has been cleared to resume on-court basketball activities with contact. His return to play progression will be updated appropriately.”

Williamson was the first pick in the 2019 NBA Draft out of Duke.
When healthy, he is one of the best 30 players in the league.
His career averages are 24.6 points, 6.6 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 58.65 from the field in 219 games.
The Pelicans are the 15th seed in the Western Conference with a 2-9 record in 11 games.
They are in the middle of a three-game losing streak.
On Friday night, the Pelicans will host the Los Angeles Lakers.
