Luka Dončić turned up the heat in Crypto.com Arena on Saturday, March 22, against the Chicago Bulls. The Slovenian could not lead his team past the winning line but showed his capabilities.
After a brilliant personal outing for Dončić, it shouldn’t be surprising that he broke a few records. Lakers fans embrace him as the point guard continues his journey of becoming the next Lakers legend.

The Lakers saw LeBron James, Rui Hachimura, and Dončić return to the court. However, the trio couldn’t save the team from an embarrassing 115-146 defeat against the Bulls.
Dončić registered 34 points, eight rebounds, and six assists on the night. In doing so, the 26-year-old joined an illustrious list of franchise history, with Kobe Bryant and James ahead of him.
“Dončić has the 3rd most games in Lakers history with 30 PTS, five REB, five AST, & five 3 PM. Only LeBron & Kobe have more,” posted a user on X.

Apart from this, the five-time NBA All-Star has been on a tear in March. He is on pace to become the youngest player in franchise history to score 30+ points in a month since Bryant did it in 2003.
