Ali shared 17 photos and videos from the trip on her Instagram account, captioning the post “Yamas 🫶🏻,” which translates to “to our health.” The English equivalent would be “Cheers!”
The couple embraced the classic Mykonos experience, posing in front of the island’s signature white buildings along stone-paved alleys. Ali wore a brown dress while Brunson kept it casual in a black shirt, beige pants, and white sneakers. These stone-paved streets and whitewashed buildings have become the visual trademark of this Mediterranean paradise.
Beyond the iconic architecture, Ali captured the natural beauty that makes Mykonos special. She shared several photos and videos of the Aegean Sea and scenic shots of rock formations and waterfalls. One particularly striking image showed a bougainvillea-lined white building on a white cobblestone street.

How Did the Couple Enjoy Mykonos’ Famous Food Scene?
The culinary experience played a significant role in their vacation. Ali shared photos of all the delicious food they enjoyed, starting with fresh oysters with lemon juice. The couple also indulged in a colorful fruit platter featuring watermelon, grapes, passion fruit, apples, raspberries, and blueberries.
They enjoyed fish cooked and served whole, complete with sides for their main courses. Ali also captured their visit to the famous Nōema restaurant on the island, along with shots of a special dessert and an iced coffee.
The Brunsons spent time on a yacht during their Mediterranean getaway, posing together with the sea as their backdrop. Ali looked stunning in a yellow swimsuit paired with a matching crochet cover-up dress, while Brunson kept it relaxed in a white shirt, cream shorts, and brown flip-flops.

This vacation represents more than just a getaway for the couple. According to People magazine, the Brunsons met in high school and began dating in October 2013. In a romantic gesture that perfectly captured their journey, Brunson proposed to Ali on the basketball court at the gym of their alma mater, Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, Illinois.
The couple celebrated their love with a grand ceremony at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Chicago in July 2023. They now have one daughter, Jordyn, who was born last year.
