LeBron James is not only a legend on the basketball court. But he is also known as one of the best family men in the NBA. Whether it’s celebrating his kids’ achievements on social media or spending quality time with his wife, James has shown the world that family comes first.
Now, before he suits up for the 2026 All-Star Game, let’s take a closer look at the James family and the three amazing kids he’s raising.

A Closer Look at LeBron James’ Family
James and his wife, Savannah, have a relationship that goes back to their teenage years in Ohio. It began long before the spotlight, the championships, and the millions of fans. They were just two kids from Akron who fell in love.
It was only in 2013 that they made things official by tying the knot. Over the years, they’ve built a beautiful life together, raising three children. They are Bronny, Bryce, and their daughter Zhuri.
“My wife takes care of the business, man. She’s the best. Without her, I wouldn’t even be in this position to be able to do what I do and love the gam,” said James regarding his wife as per ‘Andscape.’
First up is Bronny. He was born in 2004. Bronny took his basketball talents to the University of Southern California for one season before entering the NBA Draft.
The Los Angeles Lakers selected him with the 55th overall pick in the second round of the 2024 Draft. That particular move made history as James got to play alongside his son. Currently, Bronny is averaging 2.3 points, 0.5 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game. Off the court, Bronny has been dating Parker Whitfield since 2024, and the couple celebrated their first anniversary in August 2025.
Next is Bryce. He was born in 2007. As James and Savannah’s second son, Bryce has been making a name for himself on the basketball court.
During his senior year at Sierra Canyon High School, he helped lead his team to the CIF State Division 1 championship in 2025 and ultimately helped the team finish as state champions. After that, he committed to play college basketball at the University of Arizona.
“It was his decision to make. He went where he felt comfortable. Coach Lloyd, a straight shooter, gave him exactly what they believed in him or what they thought about him as a player and as a person. We’re happy to be part of the Bear Down community now,” James said regarding Bryce’s college decision.
Although he’ll redshirt his freshman season in 2025-26. This strategic move will allow him to develop his game while preserving an extra year of eligibility.
Now, coming to the youngest of the James family. It is Zhuri who was born in 2014. While her father and brothers have pursued basketball, Zhuri decided to go in a different direction as she’s passionate about volleyball.
Meanwhile, in his 23rd season, the King is still dominating. He is currently averaging 21.8 points, 6.9 assists, and 5.7 rebounds per game, helping the Lakers hold a 32-21 record this season.
If we see that no matter how busy his schedule gets, family always comes first. Whether it’s attending his kids’ games or celebrating milestones, James continues to show that being a great father means just as much to him as being a great player.
