Should you draft Bobby Portis in fantasy basketball this year? Latest fantasy projection for the Milwaukee Bucks Forward.

It’s the final weekend before the NBA regular season begins, which means you’re coming here for your fantasy basketball drafts.

Should you draft Bobby Portis this season? Here’s the latest outlook, projections, and rankings for the Milwaukee Bucks Power Forward.

Should You Draft Bobby Portis in Fantasy Basketball?

Bobby Portis heads into the 2025-26 season with a three-year contract extension in place and a chance to reestablish himself as one of the more reliable veteran forwards in fantasy lineups. He averaged 13.9 points, 8.4 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 1.3 3-pointers in 49 games) with solid efficiency (46.6% FG, 36.5% 3PT, 83.6% FT). His season was disrupted by a 25-game suspension, but the Bucks clearly saw enough value to re-sign him long term.

In 2025-26, Portis’s fantasy value will largely hinge on his rebounding, efficient scoring, and 3-point shooting. He has proven he can stretch the floor for a forward, which gives him added upside in category formats. His turnover rate is typically moderate, and his free-throw shooting gives a safer floor in many formats. Portis is a solid mid/late-round value, and it’ll be interesting to see how he’s used on the new-look Bucks given all of the changes to this roster.
