The Denver Nuggets have managed to keep their head above water against the Los Angeles Clippers in Round 1, thanks to Aaron Gordon’s clutch buzzer-beating dunk.
The team leveled out the playoff Round 1 Game 4 at 2-2, securing a clutch 101-99 victory. Gordon’s shot was unbelievable, scoring for the team with 1/10th of a second left on the clock. Fans, naturally, were beyond delighted at Gordon’s shot.

With seconds left, Gordon came through with a dunk as Nikola Jokić missed a fadeaway three. The attempts by The Joker were already down to the last second, making Gordon’s score especially memorable.
Denver had the possession with eight seconds left, the game tied at 99 after the dunk. Ultimately, a review extended the game until they confirmed Gordon’s dunk. Fans, though, have already labelled this the greatest buzzer-beater in playoff history.

Some fans could not believe it was counted as they wrote: “Is counted?”

Without Gordon’s clutch moment, the team would need to try and force a comeback against LA, making it an uphill climb to remain in the playoffs. Game 5 is scheduled for Tuesday, April 29, at 10:00PM at the Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado.
