How the NFL Ultimate Redraft Simulator Works
The NFL Ultimate Redraft Simulator is a free NFL redraft tool that wipes all 32 rosters clean and drops the entire NFL player pool — every quarterback, running back, wide receiver, lineman and defender — back into one giant snake draft. You take control of a single franchise and go pick-for-pick against 31 CPU general managers to rebuild your roster from scratch. It's part mock draft, part fantasy-style redraft, and a fun way to settle who the most valuable players in the NFL really are.
How it works. Every player on an NFL roster goes into one snake draft. You pick for one team; 31 CPU GMs pick for the rest, each weighing player value against their team's positional needs and depth. Each CPU has slight tendencies of its own, so no two drafts play out the same way.
Strategy. Take the best player available, or draft for need and build a balanced depth chart across offense, defense and special teams — quarterback, the trenches, the secondary, and everything in between. Filter the board by position, hide lower-value players, and track your roster and the soft salary cap as you go. When you're done, every team is graded and you can share your redrafted roster as an image.
Settings. Choose how many rounds to run (20–53 per team), how fast the CPU picks, and which team you draft. The pick order is randomized each draft.
Value score. A blend of PFSN's Impact Grade and this season's box-score production, paced up slightly for any missed games. If a player's 2024 outperformed his 2025, the two seasons are averaged so one down year doesn't sink him. Prime-age players get full credit, with a gentle decline afterward. Each position layers in its own metrics — passer rating allowed for corners, coverage and missed-tackle rates for safeties and linebackers, TD-to-INT for quarterbacks.
What is the NFL Ultimate Redraft Simulator?
It is a free NFL redraft simulator that wipes every NFL roster clean and puts all active players back into one big snake draft. You run a single team while 31 CPU general managers draft for the rest of the league.
How do the CPU GMs decide who to draft?
