Breaking Down Green’s NBA Contract

Green signed a four-year contract with the Golden State Warriors in July 2023, which is valued at $100 million. This deal also has a player option for the 2026-27 season. According to reports, his salary structure is something like this: he made $22,321,429 for the 2023-24 season, $24,107,143 for the 2024-25 season, and $25,892,857 for the 2025–26 season. For the 2026-27 season, this amount is expected to reach $27,678,571.

This deal also included a 15% trade bonus and a no-trade clause effective until December 15, 2024. He rejected a $27.6 million player option for the 2023-24 season to get this longer-term deal.

His Wealth with Strategic Brand Partnerships Beyond the NBA

When it comes to earnings, Green has multiple income sources beyond the NBA.

In 2020, he signed a multi-million-dollar deal with Converse. Under this deal, he became the brand’s face for their basketball lineup, marketing campaign, and product launches. He launched the Converse G4 sneaker, which featured Nike’s React and Zoom Air technologies, catering to dynamic players like himself.

In 2023, he ended the Converse deal and collaborated with Nike. During this collaboration, he promoted many of their products, such as Zoom HyperRev and Hyperdunk lines. As he signed the deal, Green launched the Nike LeBron NXXT Gen sneakers in the ‘Wolf Grey’ colorway.

In 2021, he made a deal with BOSS and entered into high-end fashion endorsements. He became the face of two co-branded capsule collections with the NBA for Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter seasons of that year. This mansion has six bedrooms, a guesthouse, a gourmet kitchen with marble countertops, bronze chandeliers, fireplaces, a home theater, a wine room, a library, a swimming pool, and a two-car garage. Situated on over half an acre, the property’s value has appreciated to over $10 million.

He also owns a $7 million penthouse in San Francisco, offering panoramic city views and proximity to the Chase Center.
